I had a deal with him early this year back in Feb, 2004. The transaction was bad...it took me 3 to 4 weeks to recieve my game. I had to file a paypal complaint about Tetsuo311 so he would ship my game. I had rimm_rs helping me on this one as Iam glad he did. Ill tell you...I was totally pissed and I would never deal with fucking prick again. He had no right to hold the game for that long plus I paid right away. :blow_top:

He probably read your PM but he wont respond as he's done that to me several times. He's just making alot of excuses...believe me I went through that bullshit. I know he's not making any sence...nor should he be here. Id say he's a scammer alright as he tried to fuck with me. I dont know what to say man...contact Ryan through his web-site as maybe he can give you some pointers on what to do. You should've done something right after the 2 weeks mark when you paid as thats what I did. Ive been screwed to much lately by people like Tetsuo311. Argh!!!

SCAMMERS can burn in Hell!!! :blow_top:

PM me if you have any questions! ;)

the problem is I paid him with a USPS money order, so as far as I know I have no recourse to get my money back. I guess I could file some sort of complaint at the post office. I just wish I had read some of the other feed back left for this seller before I made a deal with him. oh well, thanks for your help insaneclown.

see if you can file a fraud complaint. You can also get a copy of the cashed money order.

You can file charges with your police station....
Call your local FBI department.... ask them what can be done... or how you can file a report. IF many people report on the guy.... they willl eventually go after him.

The 1 deal I had with him fell through.... this was awhile ago. After waiting for the payment for awhile, he finally said that he couldn't do the transaction (I believe that is how it went).
A lot of transactions end that way... especially dealing with the Internet and sales.... so its not odd for me, but for other people and single sellers, that can be horribly frustrating.

Good luck to you. I know how frustrating frauds and bad deals can be. I hope you can work it out.

yeah, looks like I have no choice but to file a mail fraud complaint at the post office if I don't recieve the items or a refund soon. The least he could do is post here with an explanation or email me privately to let me know whats going on. Ignoring a buyer is definately not cool.

Ohh you paid by money order...as I didnt realize that. I dont like paying anything with money orders anymore. Ive been screwed to many times by them. Unless I trust the member already then Ill do it. Yeah I did make a thread on him way back but some people said he was good and the others werent sure so I took the chance. Anyways follow what Bluevoodu says as he knows. ;) Hopefully you get something out of this either money or games back. No prob man! :)
