The insert ,I would rate a 9. there is a feint corner crease,more like bend mark on the right lower front corner along with the feint case frame indentations.
The cartridge would be rated a 9.4 for it has a few light scrapes caused by the SNK logo no doubt.I always use paper towel to protect the cart from the logo.
The manual and art book I would rate a 9.5
200 USD as you don't see the english version around too often anymore and I can understand why

the insert is a 9.7. That white paper you see behind the insert is protecting the insert from the cases framing which always manages to leave indentations over a period of time.
The cartridge is a 9.3 A few light scrape/rub marks on the back of the cart. caused bythe SNK logo.very..very minor.
The manual I would rate a 9.7. Very sturdy.I don't rummage through the manuals.
