Neo Cd pad problems.....

Hello all,well...i booted up my supergun to play some ROTD,when i notice the buttins on my Neo cd pad aren't responding.Only the start,selct,and joystick are responding,no action buttons.How would i go about fixing this?? Any help would be great,thanks Tim

Make sure your supergun is supplying +5V to the NGCD pad, pin 8 of the controller port.

I get this on my MVS on occasion.
I found that if I wiggled the plug in the socket out A little it would come back.
