Is this NGPC catalogue rare?

Hi!
Let me describe it:
A4 (Foolscap) size, gatefold 3 connected sheets of card, glossy, full colour, appears to be for the US market, silver cover with a background that is printed to look like aluminium 'decca plating' (embossed metal). Games mentioned include evolution, Cool Boarders, cotton, baccarat. Games pictured include Faselei and Dynamite Slugger.
I cant remember if it was sent to me by SNKUK of if I got it somewhere else?
Wondering if it was released in the US? Anyone got one?

I would not say it is terribly rare, I have two of them. It Came in a folder with several other flyers for pocket games. I want to say it was handed out at either E3 or a smaller show after E3 right before the pockets were pulled.
