KOF 98 & 99 MVS

Like the title says I'm looking for MVS carts of KOF 98&99 both have to have ENGLISH Labels w/o pen marks, scratched off serials or other damage to the label. Scuffs on the Cart itself is ok. Any help is appreciated

KOF 99 "PLUS"
