Customs prices for Homecart System to Europe?

Hi!

Does anybody know how much custom (I hope that's the right word) I would have to pay for a Homecart-System + games to Europe? Any way of avoiding them?

just have whomever's sending the system mark it as being a gift and have them give a very low dollar value for it.
