MUNHWA ELECTRONIC- Neo Geo factory?

On my neo it stands " Munhwa Electronic" A lot of japanise letters and if this (02)238-79413~3 is my serial nr or something else, idonno. When i bought the gameunit, the seller sayd it is a US version. The version does not show blood on the screen so it should be an US. But does the US sticker on the Neo look like this?
