just bought the debug bois chip ...so what can i do with it

i just order the bios chip for the neo store, so i can mod my system, i havent got it yet, myabe monday or tues, but i was wondering what i can do with it? will i be able to change the violence level for games, at continues and credits? Does any one know if i can ad blood and violence to the korean version of ss4. Please tell me the diffrent thing i can look foward too when i get it. and also is it hard to install? what do i need to do it my self?

thats and anther quick question, am i agonna have a hard time doing any of this if i have a japanese system and cant read japanese?

very true, but then will things be censored? but i can uncesore things on a us system using the dip setting right? i amnew to this, i sorry if it sounds dumb

You see, you switch the country to US, then you can read all the debug menu and change it, etc.

Then if you don't want it to be censored, just switch the country back to Jap, simple??
