I got a hold of them finally and am considering buying a Neo Candy Cab as they are the only ones I have been able to find in the US that sell new cabs. I am a little concerned about just sending them a check with no reciept through. Are these guys ok to deal with?

Any imput would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

I bought a cab from them over the internet, and had them ship itto me.

got the cab, everything was ok

later that day I discovered that the bios was fucked in the mobo.

He told me to send the whole mobo, and there was very poor communication AFTER sending the mobo. It took him about 2 months to send me a working one.

overall, I give A-I a 7/10

No board included in this cab. After doing a search on these forums I think i'll have to get them to crate it up good and check on their shipping quote. I called Yellow Freight and they were talking 900+ dollars for shipping =/ Jack said it would only be a few hundred.

I'll never attempt to do business with them again, they just don't want it. I even drove all the way down to them to find out they've been evicted from their warehouse. Lazy fucks.

Again? I know they moved recently. B.I.GPSYCHE, Droid, and I were there sometime last month.

Have you tried to look up RB Motoring? After all, they are one and the same.

I bought my cab from them. This was a online transaction. Email communication was ok, just about the same before and after I made payment by PayPal.

The carrier I used was Stevens Air Transport. Shipping that bad boy was $200 from CA to NY to my work place. Shipping to a commercial address is cheaper than to a residential address. From there, I borrowed te company truck, to move it to my house. I live 5 minutes from work, so moving it was a breeze.

My cab came crated, in near-mint to mint condition. No mobo was included. The cab was $425 for a Super Neo 29.
