Who has it or played it? Is it any good? Is there lag in the load time? I'm really interested to know as I haven't played this version, only the SNES and arcade version. Also do any of you know by any chance where I can still find this online? And was there a US version of the game that came out or just JPN?

If your getting it to add to your collection I would go for it. It's a good game on the saturn but... if your getting it to play I would stick with the SNES one. It was the best released. Sure there is load time on the Saturn version, what saturn game dosent, the worst part is if you use Shang Sung doing morphs takes for ever (unless you click an option that only lets him change into the other character being used on screen). If you have an Xbox I would just get it on that since it will have virtually no load time and will be arcade perfect along with MK and MK3 from what I have heard.
Yes MK2 came out in the US but I have no idea how hard it is to come accross now.

MK 1, 2, and 3 are coming out on the XBOX. :spock: Guess I don't even know what games are coming out for what systems anymore.

FYI 32x is the best MK2 version current, but they will all be useless when the xbox collection hits. The saturn version is horrible BTW.

I already gave a long winded answer months ago. Here's the short one:

The Saturn verson is $htye, the SNES version was pretty decent for the SNES but nothing to write home about, and the 32X version is the best one so far.

I'd wait for the Xbox version to come out w/ their Arcade Treasures vol. 2 (man, I pray they don't fuck this one up :oh_no: ), and wouldn't waste a whole lot of time tracking down any of the other ports. It's just not worth it unless Midway really drops the ball on their Xbox compilation.

Yea, the Saturn version was alright, but I agree with the others who say to wait for the Midway Arcace Treasures 2. It will be much better with no load time and will be %100 perfect. (or at least we hope so)

I got the saturn version, it has good graphics but sounds and movements suck, I can't wait for Midway Arcade Treasures 2 :drool_2:

Actually the import PSX is superior to all of them IMO

I actually remember seeing PSX MK2 listed here in the US on old Funcoland price sheets circa 1995. Other than that, I was never able to find out any information on it. I also doubt they were referring to the Japanese version. Hm...

MK sucks anyway.
