What do you like to drink when u go out?

I love mixing coke and ron, or either vodka and coke or other sodas.I hate beer and I am not keen on kalimotxo:red wine and coke.

I'll hit a couple of shots of tequilla before I head out. Yes, I'm a cheap ass like that . Then, I'll usually have something with either vodka or crown royal. I don't really drink beer when I go out - sometimes I'll have a beer after a rough day or something.

What do you usually do?

Here in Spain we usually go out at 10 or 11, we drink in an apartment or in the street for 2 hours, and then we roam the discos till 9 am.

We usually just have a few drinks and then hit the dance clubs - which frankly are teh suk around here. Nothing but mainstream hip-hop

Yes, I remember that.Well, the times I´ve been to the USA i was still under 21 then, so I couldn´t go to this kind of places, but attended some home parties and they were playing nothing but rap and stuff.

Here in Spain the "main dish" in discos is salsa music, but I don´t like it so much; prefer some rock, but ladies won´t dance that kind of music.And you know, they lead the way, they have pussies and we want them, so we have to give in.

Unlike Galfordo, I've been fortunate to live in places with a reasonable night life (LA, which is one of the better places in the US; and Minneapolis, which has been improving by leaps and bounds in the past two years). I never drink before I go out. I only drink where the party's at. Personal choice, I guess: I don't like the implication.

When I go out I usually skip beer (too filling). I also don't enjoy wine (for some reason it makes me burn up, and I don't like sweating when I drink). My drinks of choice usually involve Vodka or rum.

I like straight vodka, chilled. I like most vodkas: Stoli, Skyy (Skyy Berry + Fresh Squezed OJ = one great screwdriver), Grey Goose, Smirnoff, Absolut, etc. I hate potato vodka.

I used to drink a lot of drinks with Tequila, but I've passed on it since its a little too rough (unless you go really top shelf, which I'm not).

Rum is becoming another favorite of mine, I love mojitos -but only when mixed right (so you can't taste anything too boozy or too sweet). The mojito is a little more difficult drink than most realize, IMO.

I hate gin martinis.

I found that top-shelf single-malt scotch is unbelievable good, but I'm never forking over $28 for a shot again (though the scotch was older than me).

I enjoy some of the new wave of blended liquers: Hpnotic is my current favorite.
Bailey's is a fine liquer as well (I guess it would be considered one)

If I'm in no particular mood I'll usually go with a screwdriver, Cape Cod, Long Island Ice Tea, or the special the place makes. I'm also not opposed to most "girly" drinks either -heck, if I'm getting loaded I'd better like what I taste.

The night life was fine .... it was the other 160 hours during the week in LA that kept me miserable

Lager top, double house gin & lemonade.

If im indoors, cheap dark cider, Blackout is my key choice, if its not in stock, Pheasant Plucker.

I hardly go out but when I do it's Bud Light

If it's to remain sober it's just regular Smirnov, Eristof Ice, Bacardi Rigo, Martini Bianco, Moscatel de Setubal , Bols blue, Malibu+Orance juice, Safari...

If it's to get drunky drunky... well then it's surelly the best "shots" the bartender has to offer. Other than that, strong vodkas with coke or something. I'm just not very friendly with any kind of bear or whikys.

I've always had issue with the idea of 'girly' drinks.
Just because something tastes good makes it 'girly'?
Usually, men who make this argument have very little success with ladies.

Tonight I'm headed to the birthday party of a co-worker at a big tropical bar, I imagine I'll be downing something called a GreenPeace (melon flavored, way strong). Long Island Iced Teas are really good too. Been a long time since I just downed shot-after-shot...the year after high school was my year of supreme lush-hood...one night I drank a 40 of St. Ides, followed by 11 more beers and splitting a fifth of Absolut with a friend. No I didn't get laid, yes, I don't remember much about the next day and a half.

Here's to my friends in Detroit...enjoy tonight's victory celebration!

i usually go with Coor's bottom of the barrel (Keystone)
which is smooth and cheap, the two most important things to me

Anything cheap and alcoholic. Mostly just drink with friends at their house/apartment.

For beer its gotta be Natural Ice. $13 a case (24 cans), I'm there. Sometimes we get bottles of MD 20/20 the ultimate bum wine. It's like $3 for a big bottle and the fruit flavors are pretty nice, I hate regular wine, tastes like crap, I hate grape drinks.

For harder alcohol we tend to get a half gallon bottle of Aristocrat Vodka which is cheap as hell and tastes kinda crappy, but you can't beat it for $15 a bottle. Just do shots, good stuff though.

Me personally though I like all sorts of stuff. Beer, Rum, Vodka, and Gin especially.

My keychain for my car keys says "Uno Tequila, Dos Tequila, Tres Tequila, Suelo!" I think it's funny personally but hell you might not.

Actually, I'm enjoying beer, but just only because it's cold here, actually - we are in the middle of the winter right now.

There's good winter-specific beer brands here:

- Bohemia Weiss (wheat based beer, german style);
- Eindeger (german import, I'm not sure - wheat beer too);
- Kaiser and Bohemia Bock (bock beer, some kind of red beer);
- Xingu (a new brand of black/dark beer).

And "quentão" - a prepared hot wine typical of the brazilian south.

Me too... I never tried to drink a bear myself... risky!

Lets see Cuervo Gold, Hennessy, Courvoisier, and Grey Goose. All straight on diamonds, chasers are for girls. But when me and the boys go out of town we get the real deal
