Looks fake, especially the cover, it is simply terrible. Badly colored Kyo Kusanagi art (the original is just black/white).

It real, in a illegal sort of way. You can get a disc from "sources" with that insert and KOF 94-03 running threw mame

Looks like it's an unofficial cover for roms plus Kawa-X.

I don't like the art on the front, but that's pretty cool-looking overall.

Graphically speaking, this image is presented as a something that was scanned. However, if you look closely you can see the pixels are far too clean to be legit. Look at the two 1 pixel lines going all the way down the center of the image. There isn't a hint of pixelation and they're perfectly straight. It's has to be a fake.

Of course it's a fake, as far we are dicussing if this game is original or not.

But it's REAL. It's an insert for a emu compilation DVD. It's real like any shockbox insert.
