The green stuff at boot up is fine, that the NeoGeo doing some self tests. If you want to remove that then get a Universe Bios v1.3 . The cropped picture can also be fixed by adjusting you TV's picture position and size settings.

This is not related 1 slot, but tech problem. I have a 4 slot MVS which when plugged in has just a white screen (I doesn't even try to boot a MVS Cart). Any ideas?
Thanks

If you open it up you could adjust the picture,

but if you do not know what you are doing you
could blow you or your tv up....Be careful Toby..
