KoF '96 Evolution hack - move list?

According to this site a hack for KoF '96 (dubbed KoF '96 Evolution) exists that enables the moves that were deleted for the finished game. Does anyone have any experience playing this hack and know what the commands are to execute these moves?

I own 2 copies of the hacked MVS version of KoF '96 that have both Goenitz and Chizaru selectable, and I'm curious to see if either of them allow access to these moves.

Wel, for the fighters with KOF 1997 Supers, just try the same command in that Hack...

There was a faq written on how to cycle through disabled moves.
Krauser has a cartwheel type SDM, and Geese also has his deadly rave.

That faq only dealt with the animation test screen, not the actual game.
