Dont do anything, it will heal itself.

Putting lotion or something on it would most likely burn and / or get it infected since its an open burn wound.

Not to sound like a metrosexual, but you could use some kind of exfolient on it, if it's just peeling and not really irritated.

Exfoliating is basically a fancy word for scratching, which probably isn't adviseable considering how sensitive you skin is after being burnt. Leave it alone, and use sunscreen next time.

1. Apply to skin
2. Scrub, vigorously.

I'm with you... I burn like a SOB. I've been to out to our pool 3 times over the past 2 days and since it was overcast I didnt even think about using sun screen. But of course I have a bad ass burn.
I'm white, I'm really bad when it comes to the sun. It takes me years to get a tan. My arms dont burn as bad anymore because I have a farmers tan. But my neck and chest damn it sucks. I hope I can build an immunity to it soon.

(Oh btw)
To take sking off it's most fun to just peel it off. Listen to it detaching from the good skin. I love that sound. :drool_2:

Use pure aloe vera,it will soothe the burn and cool it.If you buy it in like a pharmacy, make sure its the real stuff, cause some of them suck,or if you go to a food store, usually by the vegetables they have a leaf of aloe, and crack it open and put it on the burn.Best thing i can come up with.Hope it helps

A few more hours of sun usually clears the problem up.
