How many of you were able to make any Neo game freeze completely?
I have been able to accidentally freeze KOF 1998 with Kyo.
I have a Unibios, I enabled the Fast Speed +No hit stop cheat, and got close to my Opponent and did his SDM QCB,HCF +P, the opponent did not stagger back, I got like 20 Hits while holding the button, and then the game stopped and "LINE ERROR" got on the screen.
I killed the game!
