I thought maybe i could find someone who might be able to fix this, but this would be my first mvs board and I dont know anything about it...yet. Here's what the seller had to say about it

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

"A 4-Slot MVS board. This board works flawlessly *except* for the sound. I've tried just about every troubleshooting move in the book to figure out its problem, but nothing has turned up any red flags. I do get both voltage and faint fuzz sounds from the audio outputs which makes me think something's there. I fixed my 1-Slot and don't really wish to continue troubleshooting the 4-Slot right now. Therefore, it's available as "no sound with some hope." I've played games on the thing and left it in attract mode for about 30 minutes while I watched it cycle through all the carts. Shame about the sound because it's awesome otherwise. Noticable amount of dust on the upper board, but everything on the lower board where all the fancy chips sit is clean. "
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Opinions if this can be fixed would be greatly appreciated. Also, any recommendations as to who i might contact to repair it would be great too.

Thanks
~bill

I highly doubt it can be fixed, and it's worth the price anyway.

I bought one for the same price as you, 4 Slot as well, no sound as well.

Cool, even without sound. :D
