AGREED... only problem with that idea is that it would require the actual collective majority of the nation's people to actually forefit personal "Sentiment" and form a better replacement of INTELLIGENCE/BLACK OPS/DEFENSE. Seeing as how the average fuck off Token Citizen is willing to kill a relative during the Holidays over the last bottle of beer, but doesn't take our history seriously, won't get involved at local levels etcetera... I highly doubt a replacement to what is there already would do any good.
