Thanks for the comments everyone.

I've also made Rainy Turtloid (MMX6), Tidal Makkoeen/Duff McWhalen, and Vile mk-2 Mavericks from the X series. They're on my Capcom fan art page under the Mega Man X Miscellaneous section.

Those are all simply awesome, what did you use to sculpt them?

EDIT: i see that for some use used styrofoam, are all your 3D figures made with the same materials?

I would love to try some of this kinda stuff myself

The most commonly used construction materials for my figures are paper (white or newsprint), thin & currogated cardboard, paper towling, and white & hot glue. I seldom use styrofoam.

As far as trying to do some yourself, go for it. It's really not that hard. Someone on this board asked me to do a tutorial for my type of sculpting awhile back, but I never got around to doing it - mainly because I wasn't exactly sure how to structure such a tutorial. I showed one of my friends how to do it once, but that was in person. The closest thing I have to a tutorial is my "work in progress" page for the Jade Pinnipedia figure I did awhile ago:

My god, I can't even begin to imagine how you went about that one, amazing work. I can't for the life of me figure out how you sculpted some of that stuff, especially the skull. Also, what kind of paint do you use for these? Sorry for so many questions, I appreciate the info

I use all sorts of different types of paint for my figures - everything from watercolors to poster paints to latex gloss. Some inexpensive hobby paints from a store (I get mine from Walmart's craft section), which is what Sting Chameleon was mostly painted with, are probably a good starting point.

To eliminate painting altogether, I sometimes use colored paper and cardboard. My Sniper Totem figure is an example of this:

I also "color" things by rubbing dirt into them for a grungy look. The Baron of Lost Souls figure I had in my previous website update, a contest entry for www.doomworld.com, is a good example of this:

Sweet M, I really like your work espcially the Splatter House 3 monsters. Have you ever thought about doing a transformed Rick? Keep up the great work.

Somebody here asked me that before, maybe it was you. I don't know if I'll ever make a Mutated Rick or not, if I make anymore Splatterhouse 3 figures, I'd probably go with more monsters.
