I got a question for Kenny: When I play Samurai Shodown ,I see on the fishnet sleeves of Galford and Hanzo, a rainbow hue. If I got my Neo Geo AES modded for S video, will that mave an improvement, if not remove the rainbow?

I can answer that one for you:

Yes it will. S-vid isn't perfect, but it's a big step up from composite. It removes a lot of the color bleeding and rainbow effects, and also sharpens the picture up quite a bit. Some people actually prefer composite because it smooths out the jagged edges, but I prefer to see the pixels.

The systems I've modded, this banding either diappears, or is dramatically reduced.

With RF or composite, it's very visible with Galford's sleeves, and the mist banks in Nicotine's level. The S- video makes this go away, and brings out details you never noticed before.

Corkscrew,

Yes, indeed it will. Improve at least, if not, they will dissappear.

LMK if you have any other questions,

Thanks

Thanks. My AES is a 3-5 type. But can you show me how and where to wire and solder the LEDs to the ground and 5+ sections so I can illuminate the controller and reset buttons with the red yellow green and blue buttons? Also, how do you mount them in the buttons?
