I'm thinkin of visiting Canada next month and have a few question.

Which is better and why?
Vancouver, Toronto or Montreal

Which has the better economy, night life, cost of living, Climate, transportation system... and any thing else you can think of.

Toronto is very nice, and active at night,if you dont know much french,Stay away from Quebec, since most of it is French population.Otherwise, the 3 places you listed are all nice and active, but Toranto is my 1st pick.

Vancouver is the coolest, prettiest place I've evern been to besides Japan, highly reccomend it. I've been to Toronto and Vancouver (all of BC actually) is better in most every aspect in my opinion. The kind buds are a-plenty, if that's your thing...

Toronto is very cosmopolitan with an edge over Vancouver,
However, the natural environment around Vancouver is very beautiful, and I would recommend visiting Victoria if you visit Vancouver.

Vancouver is pretty, but it's not a hot spot for the night life... Unless you're looking for prostitutes... I heard Vancouver is no. 1 with prostitution... I can't believe it!... Public transportation is tops in BC.... I believe it's one of the best!...

I've only been to Toronto and I had a great time

The women are hot too

but I can't say the same for Montreal or BC, being I haven't been to those places yet

I agree, Vancouver, B.C is one of the prettiest cities up there in Cana"duh."

I used to call it a second home since I used to travel back and forth from Seattle to Vancouver every other weekend to visit my cousin. I recommend checking out Victoria, B.C as well. Very nice.

It has a lot too offer as far as entertainment and recreation. I love jogging at Stanley Park and going to Metro-town(shopping center). Really good restaurants in Richmond, B.C. Especially if you like Asian cusine.

My cousin's house is right across the street from the P&E center where the Vancouver Canucks(for all you Hockey buffs out there) play. At least, that's where I think they still play. Anyway, they have a yearly carnival center behind the P&E every summer where a lot of people come by from all over the city. Definitely check that out if you can.

One thing I notice about the arcade scene as far as fighting games in Vancouver is, you always let the other person get the second round if you win the first. Kind of weird but great if your a noob. Anyway, have fun if you go.

Vancouver is much prettier and cleaner than Toronto, but Toronto has a much better night life (IMO) and would definitely be my pick for first city in Canada to visit.
