How do you make the Arcade Screen not have that Refresh line when you take the picture?

Trust me it took about 7 takes before i got a clear enough pic, i just used all diff angels till it looked clean plus i had the dip pause switch down so that may have helped

Oh, I thought it was something like a special camera, or something like that. :)

I've tried to take pics like that myself, but the refresh line is just too big on my Cab...
