Too sticky

Why so many stickies and who chooses to stick and/or remove them (mods I guess)

for example, I have nothing against the product mentioned, Im just getting bored of seeing it each time I visit the forum. Been there for several months and only a few replies. Also its not all that relevent to the forum. Im sure the same goes for stickies on other forums here.

Well you know, given that only the Mods themselves can sticky, I doubt anything would be done about it, it's not like any member can go apeshit with the Stickies, THEN we would be in serious need...
