I'm not...

Are you...?

Explain..

....................................................................

My buddy Ron came over and we played several games of Street Slam(Street Hoop)...All I can say is he KICKED my butt ..
I didn't win one game..

He always uses the New York team..I haven't picked a certain always to use team yet.

It's sad being beat at a game that I play 99% more then him, though he's much better at Basketball games then me...That makes playing them with him or in general so much better.
He's great at Blocking my shots,..."In my face"..every time I go up to the rim.

I'm not a sore loser..I'd rather be beaten,It makes me play harder and a rematch is coming up. :smirk:

I have much more fun playing against a human opponent that beats me,then playing someone that can't beat me.

I've never played a human opponent on the Neo Geo Gold Arcade machine so it was the machines sort of christening.
The new sticks and buttons do a fine job too..for he likes Supers just as much as me.
He tall too so he really like the high angle of the machine.

Nah, not really. If I continually get pwn3d, I'll start to get a little irritated with myself, but I don't get pissed off at my friends or anything.

Also, I don't have that many friends that are all that great at games, so I usually pwn them and don't have to worry about it all that much. I'm thinking about getting xbox live pretty soon though, so all that will probably change :).

IF I get beat straight up then I'm cool, but if I lose to a cheap tactic or to the abuse and/or exploit of an obvious flaw in the game then I get a little pissy.

Chances are if I die in a game, i turn it off and dont play it again for a looooong time. If ever again.

I feel shamed if i'm beaten at SFII or Pro Evoltuion by my competetive friends.

I tend to be pretty mild when I lose. I laugh it off or say "good game" instead throwing a fit.

So far no one's been a dick to me when they lose to me though... so far....

I get pretty fucking pissed if I lose to cheap tactics, if it was a fair fight I'm totally cool. However, if I lose over and over and over again I actually will be pretty hot. That hasn't happened for a long while. *throws another body in incinerator*

If I lose because I'm out of the zone or something, then I'll get irritated with myself. However, if I lose because my opponent plays real well.. then I don't get upset at all. In fact, those are the best games I have. Finding a hole in their game is what the fun is all about.

Against human players never.

Against the computer I completely lose it, because its most often because of something OTHER than lack of skill.

A lot of times I lose on purpose, because I have no problem losing. :)

I'd rather lose and see my opponent happy, instead of beating them and seeing them not happy.

I'm not really a sore loser when I play against human opponents, even if they use a cheap tactic or character like Zero in Chaos, I just shrug it off and do my best. I have seen some people who are sore losers when they lose, I remember one time when this guy who was talking shit saying he's unbeatable, but when he lost, he really got pissed off and started to hit the machine and pull on the sticks. We didn't see him after that little episode.

One game lately that I've been playing on XBOX Live is MotoGP (demo though) and when I'm in the lead and something stupid like some idiot going through the course backwards and tries to ram into me...THAT SHIT FUCKING PISSES ME OFF! I have the fucking lead to the race and I don't need somebody fucking me over like that. Another thing that pisses me off is when somebody purposely rams into you and sends you flying, that's so fucking cheap and takes no skill at all.

Whew, I'm glad I got that out of my system.

shit yes if my brother beats me i usually just pull his hair or swing the controller into his face.

but the sad part is nobody that i play against can ever beat me at any game. i mostly just play my brothers but it gets boring because they can play a game for a solid month but the first time i try it out i just kick their asses. i wish i played games with someone to give me a challenge!

Well, back in the day I was kind of a sore loser, I use to go to the Arcades and get my ass kicked in MK2, SF2, etc. Now, I don't really care, :D

Not if they won fair and square (in other words, not unless
they use cheap tactics, but even then, I never get upset).

No, If I am to lose I'll keep trying again and again and again until I win or my opponent has to leave or something. When I am confident at a game and I lose to someone even after I give it my best, I love it. It gives me a new challenge. I feel extremely satisfied after a hard earned victory. (I'm talking about any game like RPGs etc, not just competitive games)

Speaking of which, I have yet to find someone that actually "kicks my ass" in KoF. I may lose once or twice, but most likely at the end I'll have way more wins. No joke. This is true in arcades, consoles, kaillera, anywhere. Btw, I'm not saying I'm the best player ever or anything, just out of the players I've met so far lately noone has given me a real challenge. :mr_t:

Anyone with at least DSL up for a kof match on kaillera? I'll be most pleased if I get my ass whooped ;)

I'm generally a good sport about losing {when I do}, the only time I get downright nuts and take to the war path is when one of the following occurs:

01> Getting bounced into a chasm by a flying bird in games of Ninja Gaiden {NES} and likewise "Cheese Factor".

02> Playing an FPS game where I get fragged by a trooper the A.I. is controlling whom I know damn good and well I killed, but the computer's hit detection is b.s. and doesn't factor it in and instead I'm suddenly pushing up dasies.

03> AGAIN WITH FPS GAMES... ---When I want to try something that I have done time and again in "reality" on TCS sessions and SSHRT sessions, but the fuckin game won't allow for that phase of action on my part.

other than that I don't give a fuck.
