Hmm...
New Kate Bush. Hopefully it won't be delayed again. Much.
Devil Doll - Six Murderers' Suits (still hoping it'll get a release.)
New Weakling (more hope.)
New Manilla Road
New Sisters of Mercy
New Magma
New Sopor Aeternus. I just pray it's different from the disappointing "Es reiten...".

Death in June - The Concrete Fountain

Douglas has said a number of times on the DIJ list that The Concrete Fountain, which was originally meant to follow Rose Clouds.. will be finished in '04. Since he just finished Alarm Agents with Boyd (which should be out in a month or so), I imagine that he'll be concentrating on The Concrete Fountain mixing this summer. Hopefully an autumn release for all of us November Men!

Have you heard the new Der Blutharsch?

Dude, that's an open wound for me.
I went to their Vegas show in April,2001 and it was fucking incredible.
They played three other tracks from it besides 'Baby's Got A Temper', and they were all better songs. Where the fuck is it? Hello? Liam? Can you guys lay off the crystal meth and rohypnol long enough to mail the masters to the fine folks at XL?

Other than that, I'm waiting for the new Jets To Brazil. Supposedly Blake got off the Valium and delivered something much closer to Jawbreaker than the Randy Newman-esque last two JTB albums. I could be wrong though...perhaps nruva can correct me.

Actually... haven't heard any Der Blutharsch. Where to start?

Achtung! Der Blutharsch!

Definitely start with either the re-released "First Album" or better (in my opinion) second album "Der Sieg des Lichtes ist des Lebens Heil!" The third and fourth albums, "The Pleasures Received in Pain" and "Track of the Hunted" are both solid, especially "Track..." but the fifth album "When all else Fails" is terrible. There's a just-released sixth album, called "Time is Thee Enemy," which I haven't heard yet.

There are a number of rare Blutharsch vinyls and boxed sets, most of which are not particularly exciting, although they sell for ridiculous sums on the collector's market. The excellent video/CD set "Gold gab ich für Eisen" is the exception - the video features Douglas P, Boyd Rice, and Albin Julius up to some very odd nonsense, as well as containing a nice live Blutharsch set. The CD is really good, and contains a few classics from the pre-Der Blutharsch Moon Lay Hidden Beneath A Cloud days.

Thanks a lot, I'll keep that in mind on my next venture to Ebay.
Recommendation for recommendation. If you ever happen to be able to pick up Dawnfall's "Drei Raume" CD at a good price, get it done. Save for miss Galas' early efforts, it's the most convincing attempt to represent schizophrenia thru music that I heard. You'll be blown away, or your money back.

It would take a fucking miracle to make me buy another JTB album after that last one :[ I am so far over them I didn't even know a new one was on its way out. Guess I'll have to definetly try before I buy, but I am not expecting too much from it.

Bad Religion - The Empire Strikes First

That, and I still haven't gotten around to picking up the latest Iced Earth disc. And hell, maybe the Velvet Revolver debut - but only if Slither is the only song on the disc suffers from having only one verse repeated twice!
