NeoGeo RGB scart cables, help please

I know for sure the EURO 21-pin RGB scarts, in general, are different from the japanese
so this would possibly be a silly question

Is this one just for Jap television, right? Or there's a chance, if I change pins, to get it working in UK with a pal TV?

That guy used to advertise it as a scart cable until I told him it wasn't the case since it's not a scart cable. You could desolder the wires inside the connector shell and resolder them in accordance with the scart pinouts (if there are enough wires).

If you need a scart cable I still have a few (quality stuff: molded DIN plug with gold-plated contacts).
