I know it ain't no Neo Geo thing, but how hard would it be to mod my Colecovision system for stereo, composite RCA and/or S video?

Ditching RF is ALWAYS an improvement. RF means some snow. Old games mean lots of b;ack backgrounds.

Lots of black, plus some snow = teh sux.

I think composite ( A/V ) would be the furthest that would make any sense...

Anything over that wouldn't show any difference...

Even that I would only do so I could connect the system to a video monitor instead of a TV... ;)

Modded ColecoVision

I've modded 8 ColecoVision game consoles so far, and the picture quality is incredible. The sound is nice too. There are no more blinking or misplaced sprites and no audio humming. One of the guys I sold one to e-mailed me after he got it. He said that he hooked it up to his 46" tv and said it looked amazing. I've got one on Ebay now.

calecovision kicked butt it was way better than atarti to bad it wasnt a hot seller I only knew one person who had it
