how to cycle wallpapers?

Is there a way you can make windows display a different wallpaper out of different images in a certain folder?

I want to make it display a random one of these NES wallpapers whenever I turn my computer on.

I've always used the wallpaper changer from http://www.wallpaperchanger.de and it works great. Does everything it needs too.
