Well, I would have to say 2001 is tied for my favorite KOF (with 98), and 2000 is second or third on my list after that. Yeah, got them!

It's just like asking if the ferrari F355 and the F360 are good. they're both excellent but the last one brings some improves.

I wanted to show with that exemple that you compare two masterpiece of the neo geo and even if you make the wrong choice, you will buy a fantastic game. I think that too many people here don't compare theses games with the whole neo geo releases. They are at the top and when I hear that KOF 2000 is a piece of shit it's like when I hear that the F360 has a bad sequential gearbox: Play world heroes and fatal fury and after try KOF 2000, you will understand.
