Well its finally happening.

Even though I dont get either channel anymore, that just makes me very sad.

Consoladation = BAD.

Like either of them needed to be watered down any more than they already are ....

hmmm g4 had 2 good shows arena (when wil wheaton was on it) and gameon, they since axed both. tech tv = teh sucks.

I get Tech TV, and the only show I've seen from G4 (they've been slowly integrating each other with previews of the other network) is Cinematech. No hosts, no fucking dumbass announcers and man-faced "gamer grrls". Just movies of games with a slick presentation.

I'd rather watch Lets Gamespot! than X-Play.

For those that think TechTV is gay obviously don't really watch it.

The Screensavers is an excellent show to have on by the computer when it shows some neat tips or ways to help your computer or even fix it.

Unscrewed with Martin Sargent is definitely a hilarious show and it's really interesting to find out who he invites to his show next.

CyberCrime is still a cool show if one wants to know about id theft, viruses, and types of fraud and stalking online. I wish they'd make new episodes though since they keep replaying the same ones over and over again.

And from what I've seen of Eye Drops, it's also a cool show if you want to see some really well-done computer-generated animated shorts.

And wtf is with the hating on X-Play? Adam Sessler is pretty funny guy and knows a good game when he sees one. Well, I can't speak too much for Morgan. However, X-Play has given some good scores to really great games like 5 out of 5 for Shenmue II, Virtua Fighter 4 Evolution, Panzer Dragoon Orta, Mario & Luigi Superstar Saga, Castlevania Circle Of The Moon, Castlevania Harmony of Dissonance, Mario Kart Double Dash. They've also given 4 out of 5 to games like R-Type Final. They definitely know a good game from a shitty one IMO.

All in all, TechTV is a worthy TV channel IMO.

But seriously, Adam Sessler is an alright guy especially compared to all the gaywads at G4 with no personality at all.

I was going to get the digital box so that I could get tech TV, but I think I will wait to see how this all turns out.
