What are the sizes of the Sanwa and HAPP competition buttons?
I'm off out to Maplins to pick up everything I'll need for a few Superguns. I need to know which size drill bit to buy for the button holes. My buttons wont be here until next week so I'm just gonna get the cases made up now.
Thanx

the happ buttons require 1 1/8" holes, and the sanwa are slightly larger. I've never found a bit that works perfectly with the sanwa buttons, I just use the 1 1/8" and make the holes a little larger. I'm assuming you're referring to the "standard" size sanwas (obsf-30).

Well I've just been told that 30mm holes will be OK. I Guess I'll start at 30mm then. Thanks for the Sanwa info too.

Happ competition buttons require exactly 28mm holes. A 29mm dia wood spade will be fine (and easier to get hold of). 30mm may be getting a bit big.

Happ competition buttons are made by a company called Industrias-Lorenzo who also make the Happ competition stick.

All the button dimensions are contained in their website and are accurate (unlike Happ's website....)
