does anyone make sticks that match the mounting pattern of a candycab?

Like the title says. I have a Neo candycab. I need to replace the original Sanwa sticks, which are a bitch to find. So does anyone else make a stick that matches up to the original mounting holes of the sanwa sticks?

Their J-stick is a slightly modified Sanwa (it has a slightly longer shaft).

These have mounting holes for both the narrower japanese standard and the wider american / euro standard.
