Has anybody tried a MGCD unit for playing DC in a cab?

There's lots of threads about these things lately. I've got a friend that has an old JAMMA cab and I think this would be perfect for him.

There's few info in the net about this, I only could find this: http://hehehe.org/ . He wouldn't want to have to use coins, so the time setting would be the best option. Does this mode work for all games?

If somebody has had this unit I'd appreciate it if he could give me his opinion. I know we could bulid this ourselves, but I've seen this for 72$ and we lack the skills and the time for this, we prefer to spend the money.

I have tried it, with Dreamcast, PlayStation2, GameCube and Xbox, works perfectly, but playing consoles in a cabinet is extremely boring.

Well, I agree it doesn't make sense to play console games in a cab, but when you play near-perfect arcade ports then I think it's well worth it.

I think playing some of the DC capcom fighters in a cab would be pretty sweet.
