I recommend getting the KOF03 Mook from ebay (about £20 delivered to UK) as it includes a fantastic DVD with some match play and more importantly loads of combos, including tag in combos.

Well worth it. I bought the mook to copy the dvd then sell it on but I can't bear to part with it.
