Sound on MVS

I just put in a new cart and the sound didnt work on any game in my 4 slot. Then I cleaned out the new cart and sound work. Played game, walked away, now there is no sound on any of my games (4 slot)? What do I do?? Joe

What carts/games do you have in the motherboard ?

What games are they..in what lineup?
