One of the best songwriters of our generation.
My Costello knowledge barely scratches the surface, but my favorites are some of the popular tunes w/ the Attractions (they're popular for a reason, after all): Watching the Detectives, Radio Radio, Accidents Will Happen, and Everyday I Write the Book (an incredible pop song with a 50's sensibility and 80's production. So damn catchy...)

I like the way the guy set up colabirations with other other great artist and song writers, a class act. Without selling out.
Saw a gig a couple of years ago in the UK with Elvis and Steve Nieve on piano (he was one of the original Attractions) the latest album has the "Imposters" backing.
