Why do so many people have pacifist sig's??

Seriously, what it is with all of the hippie sentiment. Obviously no one wants to see towns razed and civilians killed, but why all the distaste for combat. I'm very annoyed about the controversial political sig's people have. I keep mine neutral and expect the same of others.
But while I'm in Unrelated Forums I'll say this: If everyone were flower-munching peaceniks the world wouldn't progress. No one would fight for ideals and there'd be no way to show the highest levels of courage. I'm not a Bush-loving typical American who supports everything the current prez says nor am I a total War Hawk.
Oh, and by the way Europeans: I don't give a rat's ass if I have the approval of leftist radicals who hate my country.

I agree. I want nothing more than rip your head off, stick it on a pike, piss in your eye socket and shit in your skull cranium. Anyone who wants anything less is obviously not completely human. What's so great about flowers, clean air and water, and animals anyways? If not for great leaders like Hitler, Mussolini, Stalin, Putin, Kim Jong Il, and Bush Jr., we would have gone the way of dinosaurs by now.
