The jury's still out for me on this game. I'm sure it's probably worth the 50 bucks for bawkz version though.

Live support is a good thing, too bad the game has some cheap n broken characters. (Geese, Orochi Iori).

With that said, I'll buy any online 2d fighters

LIVE is the only real reason to buy this version. The game is cool but man are there some cheap ass charicters. I can just hear the moaning on shoryuken.com after this hits LIVE .

Even with Live support, I can't see myself buying this.
Not with SFAC and GGXX Reload coming. Not a chance.
This turd of a game needs to be set aflame and put on a raft
to be sent down the river.

Meh, GGXX Reload 78th version of the same game is almost on the same level of crap as SvC.

I'll be buying all 3 games for live. :spock:

I'll be buying Svc on xbox though I won't be able to play it live.
I'm not a very big fan of the game but I figure I may as well get it anyways.
there's still a few players I haven't really tried and quite honestly I usually
play by my lonesome at home so I have no qualms about someone cheaping me.
maybe one of these days I'll pick it up on mvs too.
who knows.

Ok, so this is still coming out on PS2 right? Just minus the online support.

It's moments like this that make me wish I had broadband... :crying:
Aw well, as soon as I get a job, get DSL, and get my Live gamertag, I will kick all your asses on Project Gotham Racing 2 and Forza Motorsport when that comes out. ;)

Oh come on now, GGXX#r is way less recycled than SvC or any KOF is, and on top of that it's not a stupid glitch fest with completely unbalanced characters that can't really be played in a competitive sense, and won't be some kind of Geese/Zero/Terry/Chunners nightmare when playing random Live scrubs.

So when are we starting the SvC Live matchup thread? :loco:

'Nuff said. If you think folks are top-tier whores in a much more balanced game like CvS2, wait til' SvC shows up. Yuck.

I can't wait to play SVC on live, I'm going to be buying another xbox just because of the SNK games that are going to be coming out for it. I used to play cvs2 on live and yes there were scrubs, but I liked cvs2 because I got to play against other human beings and it will be cool to play against other people from n-g.com on games like SVC and the KOF's. (None of my friends are into fighting games and/or Neo Geo games like I am so I only play by myself otherwise).

Goddamit

between this, CvS2 for live and the Steel Battalions games, I might actually find a reason to buy an xbox.
