EvilWasabi said:well, gas prices as a whole affect many things other than your car.
one thing I don't like the idea of it changing are the airline prices.
what if that affects shipping prices as well?
I mean, it's a vicious circle. Why is gas so short in supply now?
Did all the gas techs leave the mideast or something?

As for where is the gas... peak oil? Don't know, but you are right, if the gas prices keep going up, fertilizer will as well, and plastics... as will delivery of produce and goods, etc... so, we will all die. Then again, I'm a fatalist and figure there is nothing we can do now anyway... so sit back and watch the world explode,

what if the SUV or truck they drive is a diesel? thus allowing them 20-35 MPG, and diesel is only $1.29 a gallon here. diesel is always the loophole to any gas crisis.Freelancer said:I laugh at all the retards who own SUV's!![]()
Not where I am. Fucking diesel, while still less expensive, is still ~$1.83-$1.85 here. Regular is ~$1.95-$2.00. Not much of a savings, except for the kick ass MPG would mean less fill ups.Kim _Kaphwan said:what if the SUV or truck they drive is a diesel? thus allowing them 20-35 MPG, and diesel is only $1.29 a gallon here. diesel is always the loophole to any gas crisis.
