The day after my auction ended I received this email from the winning bidder of my auction:

"aww hell i checked my mail once and thot i lost so i blew my money so it may
take a little bit fer me to get the the flow again lemme see what i can do this
caught me by supprise i ended up gettin a sack instead but ill keep in contact
and let u know my progress

I waited 10 days and I got no payment so I Filed a Non-Paying Bidder Alert. The day after I Filed the Non-Paying Bidder Alert I received this email from the winning bidder:

"hey man look i told you that i learned that i lost and could no longer afford it the guy who really owes u is the one who actually won the item so go hound his butt man cuz i cant afford it man and if you took paypal then maybe i would do it and put myself even deeper into debt and that would cost me 28 bucks i dont have heck im already 370 bucks in the hole so if you think im mr money bags yer delusional i mean if this is yer way of jacking the new guy stop it man cuz its just not fair and not good buisiness grow up man and leave me be ive notified ebay about this to and about my feeling regarding this matter if it comes down to it ill pay 15 buck to have a mediator tell you to back off i dont like being hounded by ebay so please get them off my back sorry but ive had a terrible month and cant deal with anymore crap going wrong and this just makes my day even worse thanx victor koenig"

What the hell is this guy talking about? I didn't do anything. I guess he is not paying for my auction. I have had over 500 transactions at Ebay and this is the first idiot I have ran into.

Unfortunitely ebay is full of people like this, I have dealt with many idiots, so your not alone.

The rough part is when your a seller and if your buyer doesnt pay and you leave them negative feedback you get a negative too, which I find very unfair as alls You/Me are trying to do is make a sale.

Ebay will never be clear of Idiots :(

This kind of bullshit doesn't surprise me at all. I can't even remember the amount of goons I used to battle it out with on EBAY for items I wanted, only to learn after they had won the auction that they didn't actually buy anything. I'll keep stranj_black on my "Look Out For" list while I'm conducting my usual business/Sniper dealings. From the pasted emails you gave, the writing style looks strangely familiar... Leslie M. Collins anyone? *Not pointin' the finger but the composition looks quite similar to me.

i'd just ignore him and hit up the next highest bidder. if he's the only bidder, then just forget about it. you're gonna end up wasting a lot of time and energy over a deadbeat for $28. i ain't worth it, in my opinion.

Actually my auction ended at $40. I have no idea why he said $28 in his email.

I don't give negative feedback to deadbeat bidders anymore because once I gave a deadbeat bidder negative feedback then he gave me retaliation negative feedback, that sucked. I just File a Non-Paying Bidder Alert then I Request my Final Value Fee credit then I move on.

yeah that what I do. I had 3 non-paying bidders out of 12 auctions which ended the weekend before last :very_ang: :very_ang: I offered the stuff to 2nd chance bidders and none of them took it. If they didn't want them, why the fuck did they bid in the first place?? :very_ang:
I often get emails like that one you got. what is it about punctuation do these retards not understand?? :very_ang:

That sucks. It's people like him who outbid me on an item and never pay. I've had like 15 items sold to me because the guys who outbid me didn't pay and the sellers asked me if I would take em.Why bid if you don't have the money? I would hate to be a seller on ebay.

Man, that really sucks. If I were you, I'd write a lengthy e-mail detailing the various reasons why this person is a complete idiot and continue doing what ever I could against him through eBay.

Thats nothing... some fucker, with a hillbilly accent (He was from West Virginia) CALLED MY HOUSE (the day after the auction closed) at 8 AM on Saturday!!! woke me up...

And started accusing me of trying to scam him, because I sent him an e-mail, saying I prefered PayPal.... He started saying... you're breaking the rule... blah blah blah...

I was like... listen fuckface... i've been on eBay for 3 years and done thousands of $$$ in transactions... and you're brand new and have (0) feedback... Don't try and tell me the rules...

Fuck face....

He never ended up paying... I filled a NPB... I don't dare give him a negative, because i'm sure he'll give me one, EVEN THOUGH HE NEVER PAID!

I hate him...

I hate shit like that...

I could never figure how they get so far as to getting accounts on ebay when they clearly are retarded..

I had a similar experience with an bidder,who after winning my auction never contacted me.
When I called his ass and left a message after he kept ignoring my emails..
He emailed me quick saying he didn't know he won and thought he would lose for sure.........................(but he bid high)
He said no longer wanted the item..nor could afford it..

I negged his ass on the 90th day,right near the time the auction ended. ..(the last day/time that you can leave feedback)
I didn't get a negative back..I don't think he could actually neg me back after the 90 days was up.

This morning I requested my final value fee credit. I just noticed this piece of shit gave me a negative feedback after I requested my final value fee credit. Here is what it says:

"no contact at. all wanted more than max bid untrusable bidder FFFFFFFF- - - - -"

What is this retard talking about? None of that is true and is he calling me a bad bidder? I was the seller. So, he won my auction and refused to pay and I get the negative feedback? :oh_no:

This sucks. This is my only negative feedback in about 4 years of buying and selling on ebay. :crying:
