KoF97: Who or what is "GENZ"?

Okay, I've already asked that one in here and got no answer but I'm still curious...

In the USA stage (the amusement park), a couple of masked guys are holding up a banner, and "GENZ" is written on it in capital letters.

Does anyone of you know who or that this could be?
