4 slot mvs with White Screen

Thanks for looking. I have a problem with a 4 slot MVS motherboard. I hooked it up to my super Neo 29 and all I got was a white screen. I changed the dip switches nothing. Anyone have any ideas and help deeply appreciated.

Does you cab work with other boards?

Does the LED light up on the PCB when you turn it on?

If you turn it on with no board attached, do you get a white screen?

Nope cabinet is fine

I will check if the light comes on on PCB (Tomorrow), but I know the cabinet is working (Played Garou, KOF 99, SS2, Puzzle Bobble on another 4 slot I have). All the connections are made between the cabinet and 4 Slot...
