this guy named ryan, owner of bullseyes had ripped me off for a jaguar and jagaur cd system both. paid $224.00 USD via paypal. he wont answer my phone calls or emails. i am filing charges tomorrow if anyone else has been ripped by him please come forword.

sorry this isnt about neo geo, but it's always good to look out for others!

I think you want to calm down getting ripped of two seller is highly unlikey,this may be a communcation error on your part.

no its not me, i called several times, i emailed him both were bought the same day. us postal said it would take not more then 4 days to get to me. so he is late and isnt being upfront. little weird to no respond for days? wouldnt you think?

If it's only been four days I wouldn't be too worried. The postal service is full of shit if they said it wouldn't take longer than 4 days, nobody's perfect.
