Out of all the KOF players, who packs the most POWER with a single hit?! Here's a few that come to mind: Ralf, Heavy D!, Takuma, Ryo, Yashiro etc. But I'm still curious who inflicts the most damage.

In terms of average attacks (no galactica phantom, Ryo's one-hit punch super, etc.) and not counting the cheap bosses I'd say Brian Battler is physically the strongest character. He's also the toughest from what I remember.

Ryo is a hard as hitter without using a super. When I play with Ryo all of the people I play say "Here comes the grown man", because his regular fierce punch hurts like hell.

His normal Heavy punch attacks takes away quite a bit esp with a counter.

Shingo did decent damage in '98.
When normals get a critical rating, it's a fun thing to watch.

Yeah, if we're talking most damage in a single attack, it's easily Goro, hands down, not considering any MAX on or counters or anything like that.
