Controller modding question (prize involved)

OK so I want to mod my AES sticks with LEDs under the buttons like the ones what Kenny Boy does. I would send my sticks to him to do but as I'm in the UK the shipping isn't worth it. If anyone can supply me with instructions on how to do it myself I'll send them KOF94 for Neo CD for free. Can't say fairer than that.
