Ok so I'm having a custom cabinet built. It's kinda liike a MVS mini as it's going in my bedroom and cannot be too big. It will house an MVS 4-slot, Hyper 64 Rev2. AtomisWave and have space for 2 Jamma PCBs at a time. What I want to know is, is there a way to hook up everything at once and make it so I can switch between what I want to play or do I have to move the JAMMA connector over everytime I want to change boards?

Also my 4-slot is consolized and I was wondering if it can still be used in a cabinet if I don't use it's built-in control ports, power supply and RGB out ports?

Why not connect all the jamma edge connects in parallel like an IDE cable on a PC and just switch the RGB and sync, the main consideration with this aproach is the 5 volt current (12 volts for the audio output is not such an issue). It would not be difficult to set up a relay array to switch the 5 volts to the selected boardset. So a 4 way 5 pole switch could do this with 4 boards, the joysticks and buttons can be connected in parallel to the unused boards without a problem.
I have never done this but it is possible. Otherwise go the digital link above.
