Conditions I am looking for in these Carts

I prefer USA Versions of Carts, but really it doesn't matter to me.
I do not care about Cart Condition or Label Condition, as long as it HAS a Label.
I am NOT looking for MVS Kits. I have Shockboxes, so I have zero need for Kits.
Additional Art stuff would be very good, I love MM's, and Flyers and Dip Sheets! But of course, they are not required for me to trade them.
Of course, MOST Importantly, I need the Carts to be 100% ORIGINAL and LEGIT

I've been dying to play Pulstar ever since I read the Review on the site, and Tomaday looks to be like an awesome Parodius-like shooter, while Last Resort....man LS, I remember when I had it on the AES years ago, before I had to sell it. Hard a hell, but I just couldn't put it down, I kept going farther and farther with my measly 4 Credits, but I never could finish it....
