Kof Sprite Rips

I've been out of the loop for a while, a few years ago every where I went sprite rips where abundant now I can harldy find any. The ones I do find are all FROZEN! No movement at all... I remember when they use to show'em running, interacting, powering up, performing dms/sdms. What happened? Why they like all frozen stills now?
