I'm really starting to love this game!

I turned my back on it for a while, but when I started to play with the different "isms"*chuckle* I realized what an innnovative little game this is.

Anyways, I really love the combo system and it's the most intuitive, interesting and more importantly...LOGICAL AND FUN combo systems I've played with in a long time.

I was fucking around with Akuma today and really took to him...

Easy ass combo with the right timing in the (near the corner)..

H. Spinning Kick - F + HP - L. Dragon Punch - Fireball - H Dragon Punch

Takes almost half a bar.

There's a lot of variations on that series, including starting with his D + Medium Kick and tossing in his super or switching the Shoryukens and F + HPs.

That's what I really love about SFA3, the flexibility and complexity of the combo system (beautful graphics and interesting characters don't hurt either...)

Anyways, show some love...

SFA3 has always been one of the best... I personally like it better than the SFIII series... I love Karin's juggling combo if I am able to pull it off... qcf+P - P - K - dpK - qcf+qcf+K...

Its a bizzarre one for me, its a damn good game, some nice bgs, plays great but the music isnt for me. In fact its the post modernism of the game that puts me off, i'm more in tune with the traditional style and presentation of the previous Alpha/Zero games.

It's still a great game of course, the PSX version is very nice.

I'll have to spend some time with this one. I've been mostly stuck on SFIII lately, but I'm interested to see what all the SFA3 love is all about.

I've actually been playing it pretty extensively on the GBA. THe port is absolutely incredible...and arguably better than most of the console versions.

This is actually probably my favorite fighter out today. The ammount of depth is incredible. I long for the day when I can have it in an arcade machine...

SFA3 is so good. I remember playingl the HELL out of this when it was released. Theres so many good characters, stages and stuff to play around with. I love playing around with Adon, there are so many ways you can combo into his hcf,hcf punch super. And using a-ism with him is great for juggling.

My favorite is still SFA2 though... SFA2 just feels all around like a more balanced game. Plus you can pull out the custom combos and go crazy with em. I wish capcom was still cool... damn bastards.
