As far as I can tell, that is the very first MVS cab. All the patent drawings look like that cab.

Damn rare too, I have never seen one outside of the flyers.

Also interesting to note; This flyer along with one of the other new ones are the first time I have seen the big red US cabs shown in a Japanese ad.
